SHG works with a variety of clients to develop projects ranging from six-bedroom group homes for people with disabilities to 42-unit independent living apartments that allow older adults the opportunity to age in place. SHG’s experience and expertise promotes a creative approach to each project’s unique set of challenges and opportunities by identifying available funding sources, locating the best site for the project, and promoting innovative design features and construction practices to meet the needs of the residents and clients.
