Maple Street Group Home in Waynesville is complete!

 The Maple Street Group Home is now home to six adults with developmental disabilities in Waynesville, North Carolina. The new home provides each resident with his or her own bedroom and bathroom in a family-like environment. The residents are so pleased to be in their new home. Lane Sarver honored with Triangle Access Award

Lane Sarver was awarded the Triangle Access Award by the Alliance for Disability Advocates on July 26, 2007. The Triangle Access Award honors individuals, businesses, and organizations in the Triangle area whose awareness and actions have created accessibility and inclusion in the community for people of all ages and abilities. Recipients of the Triangle Access Awards have demonstrated outstanding achievements in removing barriers in the community.

Club Nova Apartments wins 2006 North Carolina Housing Award

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency honored Club Nova Apartments with a 2006 Housing North Carolina Award.

SHG now represented in Richmond, Virginia

The Bank of Clyde is under construction!

 The Bank of Clyde is under construction in the town of Clyde, Haywood County, North Carolina. The old Bank of Clyde was constructed in 1910. It will provide six efficiency/studio apartments. The project adaptively reuses a building integral to the streetscape of downtown Clyde, and provides supportive housing that is convenient to services and shops.
