HUD announcements expected in Spring 2010: The 2009 HUD Section 202 and 811 selections expected in Spring of 2010. Even with the delayed submission deadline in December 2009, HUD is moving forward to complete the funding decisions this spring. We will keep our clients informed of the decision as soon as possible.
2010 NOFA this spring? Let’s hope so! If HUD gets back on their traditional funding schedule for the Section 202 and Section 811 programs, we will expect the new NOFA to be announced in the spring or early summer of 2010. As soon as we know, we’ll be ready to launch our clients’ applications for the 2010 funding round.
